Today I got really stunned when I found out that one of the few untouched places on the Blacksea coastline has been damaged by the raid of the "thoughtful" investors. The camping is situated 5km to the south of Sozopol and last summer it could be proud not to be host of a single hotel. However, a building place has erected straight on the beach, no matter that there is a law in Bulgaria that no building should be built in less than 100m from the coastline. Where are the people responsible to observe that law?! That building place doesn't even have a licence! Not to mention the fact that that very beach is under the protection of the project Nature 2000 and is the inhabitation of several birds, listed in the Red Book of endangered species, as well as a flower, named Sand Lilly [link] which grows only and particularly on the dunes on that beach! and no other place in Bulgaria!!!!!!

Dear Government people,
PLEASE do your job and stop this insanity! We are fed up with all this concrete jungle, we want to enjoy our beautiful nature, we want to let our children enjoy it as well! We want to feel the gust of the breeze from our tents, not the gust of the air-conditioner in the hotel room!!! Don't afford any more illegal building! We've had enough!!!
